How Fresh Horizons works

The ministry stretches across the denominations but for practical purposes and accountability, comes under the umbrella of the Caloundra Church of Christ in Queensland, Australia.

Fresh Horizons is managed by a board of committed Christian people drawn from the Caloundra Church of Christ and beyond. It is funded by gifts, donations, grants and fees.

The Board consists of up to 6 people with power to co-opt suitably gifted and qualified people for specific tasks to lead and manage the Ministry.

The Board

• Organizes and hosts an annual national Leadership Conference.
• Promotes and assists churches to organize regional based conventions.
• Provides practical help & resources for the development of seniors ministries within individual local churches & their communities.
• Networks with Christian groups of a similar ministry focus.
• Maintains this web site and associated resources.
• Maintains a database of affiliates, participants and contacts.
